Thank you for shopping with GettCozy! We're so glad you're here, and we want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it home.
During launches, sales, and the holiday season, processing may take an extra day or two. We appreciate your patience — every order is packed with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We're proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships, not the date you place it. Carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control, especially around holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves us, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Order page.
If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out at hello@gettcozy.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package:
- Check with neighbors and around your doorstep, mailroom, or building office.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early.
- If it still hasn't shown up, email us at hello@gettcozy.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
For packages that arrive damaged, please email a photo of the package and item within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided. If you spot a mistake, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order is in the carrier's hands, we can't reroute it.
