Shipping Policy

US shipping: Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 2–5 business days later — so 3–8 days total from checkout to your door. Free standard shipping on orders over $100. We currently ship within the US only.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days, please contact us at hello@gettcozy.com
