Terms of Service

We hope you love your Gettcozy! But if anything goes wrong, we always want to be there to make it a seamless process. 

You are more than welcome to return or exchange your Gettcozy for a full refund. If this is something you wish to do ay any point, please keep in mind you are responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse. The cost of shipping is nonrefundable.

You have fourteen days from the time your items were delivered for a return or exchange. Items must be unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging. 

Please note - anything bought at markets is final sale. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Processing Times

  • High-volume (sales or launches)/large orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • Regular in-stock items: These items will ship within 3–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

After a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, it is entirely out of my control. I am not responsible for:

  • Delays in transit
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Damage caused by the carrier

For any delivery issues, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim, as they are responsible once the package is in their possession.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Updates

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of my control

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We are not liable for any price changes, modifications, or discontinuation of products.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limited inventory.

If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Gettcozy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are subject to our Return Policy, which is posted separately on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, designs, prints, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Gettcozy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose
  • To infringe upon our intellectual property
  • To harass, abuse, insult, or harm others
  • To interfere with the security or operation of the site

We reserve the right to terminate your access if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

Gettcozy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products.

Products should be used as intended. Always follow care instructions and supervise children while wearing or using our items.
